My husband has an art show, expressing his visions of peace amidst dreamy mountain tops or surrounded by lush bamboo. Many thanks to Parish Center for the Arts, in Westford, MA, for arranging this. We are thankful the “show” is online, ensuring everyone can enjoy art while staying safe. Thanks to Tom and Patty for their support and hard work in showcasing my husband’s art.
Sharing random images of fruits and veggies taken through the years…always amazed at the natural design, color, and texture of each individual piece. I feel like they need their time to have their own portrait taken before they are eaten or cooked.
I love how the dragonfruit provides its very own bowl, thrown together with some cut up strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. The natural colors and funky patterns wow and inspire, besides the great taste. Perfect for a party or a comforting, healthy treat at home.

The pièce de résistance, though, has to be the letterpress. This vintage beauty handed down to Tamar by her family is a sight to behold, and gets your creative juices flowing. You wonder what Tamar will print next?

As cold air permeates New England, I think back to last summer. Getting inspired, with the blues of sky and sea, as well as pastel shades of shell. The jagged lines of shadow from broken shells also gives me some ideas.
